Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Returns and Refunds
For UAE and KSA Customers:
You can request a return or refund within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Shipping charges for delivery and return will apply.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, but shipping fees will be deducted.
2. Exchanges
For UAE and KSA Customers:
Exchanges for a different size, color, or variant can be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping charges for delivery and return will apply.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, except in cases of defects or damage.
If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund or an alternative item may be offered.
3. Initiating the Return or Exchange Process
For KSA Customers:
Initiate the return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product by following these steps:
Prepare the Return Item: Securely package the item with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Locate our Courier Branch.
Obtain AirWay Bill Copy: Contact our customer service to get the AirWay Bill Copy needed for the return.
Return the Item: Visit the nearest our Courier Branch with the AirWay Bill Copy and return item. The branch staff will assist you with the return process.
For UAE Customers:
The return and exchange process takes approximately 1-3 days, with shipping charges applied.
For KSA Customers:
The return and exchange process takes around 10-15 days (normal delivery time is 3-4 days), with shipping charges applied.
4. Important Notes
Returns or exchanges requested after the 24-hour window may not be accepted.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees associated with returns, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Certain products, such as final sale items, may have specific exceptions or conditions.
For customers in Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait, there is no return or exchange policy.
